We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The room was beautifully decorated and comfortable, with a lovely view from the balcony. The breakfast provided was fantastic, with a lot of variety and delicious options. The location of the hotel was also great, with easy access to nearby attractions and public transportation. It was convenient to have free tickets for the city bus, which made it easier for us to explore the area. we had a pleasant and enjoyable experience at this hotel.

There were a few drawbacks to consider. The lack of air conditioning was a bit inconvenient, especially during the hot days.

Pension Monika exceeded all expectations. The owners, Monika and her husband, were incredibly kind and attentive, making us feel pampered throughout our stay. The hospitality and care shown by the whole family, including their son and daughter, was exceptional. The village itself was charming, and Monika's recommendations for dining were spot on. The rooms were lovely, complete with a welcoming champagne bottle and a special gift upon checkout. The breakfast was outstanding, and the added bonus of free tickets for the city bus made exploring Merano a breeze. The discount card included in the price allowed us to enjoy local attractions for free. The availability of fruits and snacks in the hallway and the ample private parking space were also major pluses.
